4,500 Calories to Burn & Some Local Turkey Trots To Get You Started!

According to research from the Calorie Control Council (thank you Google for pointing out the existence of such an organization), the average American may consume more than 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat on Thanksgiving Day.

Yikes!
this leaves my Fitbit feverishly panting and gasping for breath!

As a public service, the GOOD SPORT has elected to post this list of local Turkey Trots that may help to alleviate some of the post-holiday groaning and belt loosenings. If perhaps, you are looking for appropriate running/jogging/walking footwear or post-race recovery 'kicks' (OOFOS), stop by the store. We'll help you find the proper shoe and the correct fit.

If we don't see you before the big day, Happy Thanksgiving from all of us!
